You will get a reserve tank of fuel and a good quality helmet..
We believe in wearing appropriate riding gear. ATGATT - All The Gear All The Time. We will provide a 2nd helmet for Rs.100/- and Gloves for Rs. 50/- (taxes extra). We suggest you use a good riding jacket.
You can visit the specific pick up location, complete your paper work and ride away.
The following Documents will be needed to rent the Bike
- Valid driving license to ride a motor-cycle in India issued by the Government of India. For international visitors, a valid driving license from their home country with international driving permit is necessary along with a valid visa. Please bring the Original one as a copy will be retained for documentation purposes.
- Any one of the following IDs - Aadhaar | PAN | Passport
The tariff is not inclusive of fuel. We do not provide fuel for the bikes however all bikes will have enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol bunk.
No, Crazy Wheels is the only bike renting company which provides unlimited kilometres.
Extension request has to be submitted 4 hours prior to booking end time. Extension is subjected to availability. For extensions over 4 hours, we will charge you the rack rate (without discount). For every extension, there is a 200/- plus taxes fees.
Yes! We expect the bikes to be returned on time for the next rider. Up to a delay of 30 mins can be accommodated beyond which every 30 mins will be charged at INR 100 for maximum period of three hours leading to a full day rental in case of further delay.
You can cancel it directly from the website.You can call us or drop us a mail at support@crazwheels.com. We will cancel your booking and process your refund right away.
If there is a cancellation, then the following policy will be applied
- No show - 100% deduction.
- Between 0 - 6 hrs of the pick up time - 75% rental charges.
- Between 6-24 hrs of the pick up time: 50% rental charges.
If we cancel the booking from our side due to any booking issues, technical error, non-availability of the vehicle, we will return the entire rental amount and the deposit.
Yes! We love the fact that you have the passion to ride and explore but you have to be 18 years old or above with a valid DL to ride with us.
